Return & Cancellation
Policy
Sealed Product Return Policy
Due to the nature of SEALED product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If the product does arrive damaged or not as described, please reach out. Including photos of the damaged will make things go much faster.
Single Card Return Policy
If a single card arrives and the packaging has any issues, please reach out with photos of the issue. The card condition is based on TCG Player specifications and if you feel that it does not meet the expectations, provide a brief explanation and photos and I will review to make things right.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment but, are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee is from a non-refundable payment processor fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
